Hi Jill,

Well, I promised you wedding pictures (you did my hair, my sister's, and my cousin's for my wedding on August 25), and I am finally sending them :)  Thank you so much for everything - we all absolutely loved our hair, and I got many comments on how great mine looked!  It was absolutely perfect :)

Just a side note - after you told me your horror story about someone spilling red wine on your dress, I thought it was terrible and couldn't ever possibly happen again.  Well, the FIRST person I hugged spilled red wine down the front of my dress!!  It wasn't a huge puddle, but rather red splashes, so not that noticeable, and I was proud of myself for not being upset at all.  What are the odds??

I awoke on my wedding day so happy and excited until I looked outside. Hurricane Ernosto had made his presence known. I was so upset, all the while wondering how my hair and make up would survive this madness. As my bridesmaids and I walked in from the storm into Le Papillon,   Jill was standing there with a big smile. She was ready for us! She braved 6 bridesmaids and a now calm bride by her self under strict deadline. Of course Jill met the deadline and had some of the bridesmaids out earlier then expected so that they could bring my dress downtown to be pressed. Jill made me look like the bride I had always envisioned for myself  and I have continued to go to Jill every week since my wedding day for her serves. She is truly a master at her profession!

Thank you soooo much for doing my hair for the wedding! Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed getting my hair done by you. I really appreciate the creativity you took while doing my hair. I received soo many compliments all night long! I loved the fresh flowers, and the slight side braid! It was such a unique and beautiful hairstyle... I am glad you thought of it. It's funny that you emailed me b/c I was thinking of you last night.  I was making my list of thank yours and have so much to say in yours!!!  We actually didn't go away yet, we are going at the end of January.  When I get the picture info, I will send it to you.  The wedding was a BLAST!!!  Neither Justin nor I can think of a single thing that went wrong....and if it did, we don't want to know about it!!!  I felt like the most beautiful woman in the world b/c of my hair and makeup!  Everyone complimented me on how I looked.  I will send you info soon.

You did a wonderful job on my hair for my wedding day!  I had an initial trial that went smoothly and I loved the hair, but at the last minute I changed my mind.  Jill was great and excited to try something totally different on my day.  The final product was fabulous and it made me feel more like Cinderella that I ever thought I would on my wedding day.  Between the nervous calls from my groom to be Jill kept me at ease.  She was a pleasure to be with on my special day and I would recommend her to anyone.  Thanks Jill, you are the best!

Hi Jill,
It was rainy off and on all day on my wedding day the humidity at 100%, but I had no worries about what my hair looked like, assured that it was firmly in place and still looking gorgeous.  Jill knew exactly what I wanted even when I couldn't tell her exactly how to do it. She said "I changed it a little, but I think you'll like this a lot better." It was perfect.  I knew that she would do an amazing job and I was stress-free (at least about my hair) heading over to my Mom's and the Church for pictures.  Jill, you are so talented, but above all so sweet, and your advice was so appreciated. Recently did my hair in a beautiful updo for my wedding. She was easy to communicate with, patient and skilled. My style lasted all day and was extremely comfortable to wear. Jill was always prompt for my trial appointments and took time beforehand to make sure she had a strategy and all necessary products/tools to execute the style. Highly recommended!

Jill,  was simply a wonderful addition to my wedding vendors. Don't be fooled by her beauty and youth, Jill is an amazingly talented and experienced hair stylist. She made my bridesmaids, my mom, my flower girls, and, most importantly, me, look absolutely gorgeous for my wedding. My hair was perhaps the thing that I was most pleased with on my wedding day (even more so than my exquisite custom made dress). Looking at the photos from the wedding, my husband stopped counting the number of times I said, "oh my god, my hair looks so good!" She was equally talented and creative with my bridesmaids and my flower girls' hair.

Jill, was so enjoyable to work with. She was incredibly sweet, thorough, and funny. She kept me calm when I started getting jittery and kept the mood light and fun during the whole preparation stage. In fact, she did such a stellar job that my day of wedding coordinator actually requested her contact information after the wedding was over so that she could include her as one of her valued vendors. In other words, I highly recommend Jill and think she would make a substantially beautiful impact on your wedding day!

There aren't enough good things I can say about Jill. My hair was PERFECT. Just perfect. It was perfect for my dress, for my face, for the type of hair I have...It was just even better than I could have imagined. She can copy any picture you give her....Find a hairstyle in a magazine, and Jill can recreate it. Everyone who meets and hires Jill loves her. When I was there, she had 2 former brides she styled come in for haircuts. Oh and Jill also recommended I get some highlights prior to my wedding day so that my hair would blend more seamlessly. Of course I asked her if she would do them (she wasn't just selling another service to me, I asked her to do them for me!). They are so natural yet add so much to my face and hair. I will certainly be going back to her once it's time to get them re-done.

Jill was absolutely a pleasure to have around on my wedding day. She was super fun to hang out with while I was getting ready. She even had Starburst around as everyone got ready, which was great to have because I forgot to eat. More importantly, Jill did an excellent job on my hair and created some beautiful hairstyles for my bridesmaids. Everyone really loved what she did. And, her prices were beyond reasonable. I was ready to spend $900 on hair extensions, but I was able to get them through Jill at a fraction of the cost. And, Jill made the extensions from scratch. My guests thought it was my hair! I can't recommend Jill enough. I honestly believe that my day would not have gone so well without her. I've recommended her to a friend that is getting married and I will continue to recommend her to anyone in the Philadelphia area that needs hair done for any event.

I Just wanted to thank you so much for the amazing work you did on my wedding day! Everyone was super excited about the outcome.  You made myself and all the girls look beautiful. You were able to give everyone a hairstyle that matched their personalities without anyone looking exactly the same. Everyone said how nice you were and how brilliant your work was!

During the course of the night each one of us were complimented on or hair. And that meant a lot to me as well as the girls. My mother in-law still say's how happy she is that you talked her into an up do!  Which by the way LOOKED absolutely amazing. My mom looked years younger (always a good thing) My aunt, step daughter, and my sister and sister in-law looked so classic (reminded me of movie star's). As for my baby girl (flower girl) the curls held all night and she was the cutest little girl in the world!  Of course my Favorite was my hairstyle. When i came to you with a picture i really wanted, but my hair just would not do it, YOU did not give up or talk me out of it. You kept working on it till you figured a way to work it out, and the end result was better then the picture i brought in. I loved it so much and it really fit in to the whole Renaissance feel i was going for. It really MADE my look complete!  I was so sad when the day was over and i had to take it out...   

You were awesome to work with and i hope in the future i can work with you again!  Thank you so much!

I went to so many hair stylists to find the perfect look for my wedding. When I met Jill for my hair trial, she was amazing! I was so happy with the results.

She came to my house the day of the wedding to do my hair, my mom’s and my bridesmaids… a total of 8 people!!

Is beyond wonderful! She met my girls and I at 6am to do the bridal party hair before pictures. They did myself, 4 bridesmaids and 2 flowers girls in a little over 2 hours. They let each girl pick what they wanted and worked within their comfort zones. Jill is lovely! And her prices are EXTREMELY reasonable! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs to have their hair done for any formal occasion!

Jill is very personable and easy to get along with.  She was available and eager to do my hair; even though, I only had a short time frame before the wedding.  She listened to what I was looking for in my hairstyle and was not easily frustrated when we tried a hairstyle that i didn't like.  Actually, unfortunately for Jill, what I liked in magazines and what I brought in to show her, I did not like on myself.  So while we played with styles, I realized what I did and did not want.  But this was no short task.  My girls all loved Jill and they loved their hair too!  Thanks Jill, you did an amazing job.
